Objective
Being a professional firm of Chartered accountants, the objective of the firm is "To serve the clients in a professional way and to be a part of contributing agency for long term development and betterment of the client in particular and society in general".

As a practicing firm for more than three decades of experience, the Firm has worked in various fields like Auditing, Taxation, Accounting, business management consultancy etc.
The Firm is mainly engaged in direct taxation and is involved in filing of returns of individuals, firms, companies, trusts, societies and other persons like AOP's, HNI's, NRI's, NBFC's etc. Over the period the Firm has handled income tax scrutinise, appeals (first and second appeal), tax audits, management consultancy in direct taxes, certifications and tax planning.
The Firm has grown with changing times by entering into new fields and ventures. With the changing environment of VAT regime from BST (Bombay Sales Tax) era the firm entered into VAT practice and conducted VAT compliance, VAT Audits, VAT assessments and appeals for various entities. The firm has now entered in a big way in GST era with work related to GST Refunds, GST Audits, GST outsourcing and Consultancy, GST departmental audits, GST appeals.
The Firm was involved in providing Management consultancy and professional services like reconciliations, internal/ locational audits etc to the Multinational Banks.
The Firm was involved in providing Vendor Audit services, Nostro Reconciliations, PAN India IPO vendor management and reconciliations thereof etc for Banks.
The Firm was involved in providing Foreign Remittance Certificates to more than 8 International subsidiaries of one of the large Listed Company.
